    Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on cleaning and turnover timing. If you want to guarantee an earlier arrival or later departure, please message us before booking and we will confirm options.

  • Your reservation is subject to the cancellation policy shown at checkout.

    We recommend reviewing it before you book so there are no surprises.

  • We allow up to two dogs per stay. Dogs must be approved in advance.

    We have a few simple standards to keep the home beautiful for every guest.

    • Dogs must be fully housebroken and well-trained

    • Please clean up after your dog indoors and outdoors

    • No dogs on beds or furniture

    • Do not leave dogs unattended unless crated

    • Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required

    If you’re traveling with your dogs, send us a quick text message or email with the number of dogs so we can confirm everything is a fit.

  • Kutsu Point is designed for responsible groups and memorable gatherings.

    To protect the property:

    • No unapproved events or parties

    • Day visitors must be disclosed and approved in advance

    • Quiet hours apply at night

    • Any ceremonies, receptions, or vendor activity require prior written approval and may require additional terms

  • Kutsu Point is a private mountain property. You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions before check-in, including parking and entry instructions.

    Seasonal note: mountain roads can be snowy or icy in winter. We recommend arriving before dark when possible and traveling with a capable vehicle during storm conditions.
